If you’re arranging an event for Charity, then either our Manor Suite or Marquee
are perfect sizes for your event catering from 45 to 300 guests.

Our package includes everything you need to make the function go off without a hitch
and help your chosen Charity raise their vital funds.

  • Red Carpet Arrival
  • Complimentary Room Hire in the Manor Suite (Marquee at extra cost)
  • Choice of 3 course Lunch or Dinner
  • Choice of Finger Buffer or Afternoon Tea if Preferred
  • Table Linen with Full Layup included
  • Help with the seating plan & name cards if required
  • Discounted Accommodation for your guests
  • Complimentary Bedroom for the organiser if minimum numbers achieved
  • For every event over 80 guests, Haughton Hall will donate a raffle or auction prize, such as Sunday Lunch or even an overnight stay for two.
  • Free use of the hotel grounds for photographs

All of this from just £22.95 for lunch or £27.95 for dinner per person

For an additional cost, we can also provide:

  • Drinks reception on arrival or wine with the meal
  • A professional photographer to capture the event
  • (with prints available on the night)
  • Flowers or Uplighter Decoration for each table
  • Room Decorations to enhance the atmosphere or theme
  • Entertainment with a disco, band or guest speaker
  • PA System (if no disco is needed)
  • Table magician or caricaturist during the meal
